A landscape restoration project is carried out by the Rwanda Water Resources Board (RWB) in collaboration with IUCN and its consortium partners, SNV and RWARRI. The project is implementing IWRM and landscape restoration measures in Sebeya Catchment for increased resilience of communities & landscapes. Acacia Water together with CIDRA developed a socio-economic and biophysical baseline assessment for different parameters (f.e. household wealth, forest cover etc) before the start of implementing activities. This way, the progress made by the project activities can be monitored.
