The Water board ‘Rivierenland’ is looking for fresh water measures. Acacia Water looked at possibilities in the water system and at possibilities at lot level to limit water shortages in the future. In order to provide insight into the effectiveness of a measure, Watermaat (in English: ‘Water measure') has been developed, in which the effectiveness of a measure is compared to the water requirement.
