Acacia Water is setting up a new monitoring network for the municipality of Gouda. In the Ouwe Gouwe district, sewerage works and street elevations may affect groundwater levels. Because falling groundwater levels can be harmful to wooden pile foundations, a monitoring network has been set up to monitor developments.
